Presentation Options
Authors are welcome to submit Abstracts, Full-text Original Papers, Review Papers, or other formats such as case reports, clinical trials, and similar contributions for the following presentation types:
1. In-person Presentation
Oral Presentation (On-Site): The authors deliver their research in-person at the conference venue.
Poster Presentation (On-Site): To support environmentally friendly practices, the conference does not use paper-based posters. Instead, the conference team will create a digital poster (video format) based on the author’s submitted abstract. These digital posters will be displayed during the conference. Authors will also be invited to participate in a Q&A session and respond to questions from conference participants.
2. Virtual Presentation
For virtual presentations, the access link will be sent to participants a few days before the conference.
Live Oral Presentation: The authors present their work live via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Skyroom.
Recorded Oral Presentation: After the abstract or paper is accepted, the authors will be requested to submit pre-recorded video files a few days before the conference. These videos will be displayed during the event.
Poster Presentation: The conference team will create a digital poster in video format based on the author’s submitted abstract for virtual poster presentation. These digital posters will be displayed during the conference for participants to view.
Full-text Paper/Abstract Publication and Indexing
Accepted abstracts and papers will be published in one of the conference’s affiliated journals—the International Journal of BioLife Sciences (IJBLS), ISSN: 2821-1642, or the International Journal of BioMed Insights (IJBMI), ISSN: 3041-9107—as well as in the Conference Abstract Book (with ISBN); Both academic journals are indexed in Google Scholar, DOI and CrossRef and DOR. Accepted works will also be eligible for oral or poster presentations in on-site or virtual formats. For more information, click the button below:
